I have started a new little work out on my own...i turn on some music i love to dance too and i go in my room and put on my bathing suit and dance ..occasionally looking in the mirror to keep motivated and when i want a break i go and get my fitness ball and do some stretches thencontinue and i can really work up a sweat and its much more fun than running :) just something ive been trying thats workin g for me thought id share it..

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
