I am in the unique position of taking the entire summer off. I have 45 pounds to lose and I want to do it in Biggest Loser fashion, but I am not even sure what that means; I have never even seen the show :( I am in good shape to begin with, I am just carrying around a lot of extra weight. I go to the gym 5 days a week and work with weights and I do 45 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes of cardio per day. I just bought a bicycle and I have been using that a lot. I do not lack motivation, I just need a plan to get this weight off. For the record, the extra weight is the result of compulsive eating over a 2 year period at a job that I loathe, which is why I am leaving it. I understand that this will take a combination of diet, exercise, and supplements, and I am willing to do whatever is necessary to lose this weight in a healthful and timely manner. Does anyone have any advice? Has anyone else ever done anything like this? Friday is my last day of work and I want to get started ASAP. Thanks is advance!

BUT.... I feel like my visits are not what they use to be. He...

My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
