No matter how much I exercise I find it hard to lose my back fat. Can someone give me some tips or exercises on how to lose the fat that shows when wearing a bra?

You cannot spot reduce. To reduce "back fat" you need to reduce overall body fat. It can take a long time to lose body fat depending on how long it's been there.
