Small framed about 5'6, 125lbs so not overweight. BMI is good, just want to increase my muscle mass. Work out 3-4 times a week, or most weeks anyways. I know they say to increase weight and do lower reps but not working for me. I know I am eating wrong but not sure what to eat. To much information out there that tells you this is good, this is bad, just need some help deciding what I should eat more etc... Any suggestions??
