I am very new here and this is my first post. I am super morbidly obese. I have begun to walk the treadmill 6x a week. I am improving I can tell because I was able to walk the grocery store without my feet hurting and my back hurting and getting as tired as I usually do. Anyway, I'm getting kind of bored with doing the treadmill for 30 minutes a day. I want to kick it up a notch perhaps with a dvd I can do in my own home once or twice a week instead of the walking or in addition to it (if I get bored and want to eat instead do the dvd for instance). Anyway I'm just looking for suggestions on something different to do in addition to walking. Don't suggest a stationary bike as I exceed the weight limits on those like I said SUPER morbidly obese is the category I fit in. My goal is to be fit by 50 and I'd also like to buy a Wii and Wii fit as I have heard good things about them as far as exercise is concerned. Again though I exceed the weight limits for the Wii fit so that will be my present to myself once I get down to where I don't exceed the weight limits. I know this is going to take years to get off as it took years to put on but I am really motivated to do it this time. Thanks in advance.
