I have been going to the gym for about a year now. I have noticed that I have gained about 10pds, some of my pants fit me but the strech pants are too tight, maybe because of wash. Some people say it might be my muscles, I don't have noticeble muscles, in fact I think I am the same, don't know if I am toning or not, some people say not to lift too much weight because I will look like a man, others say "A women cannot gain enough weights to look like a man, unless she takes injections or drugs. So, what should I do? I don't see noticeble improvement.
