Hi, I am new here. I quit smoking a month ago, maily because I wanted to make some real positive changes in my life. One of them is to become healthier and be in better shape. i love to run but being an ex smoker I have not done alot of it. I did start the couch to 5k program and run about 3 miles 3 times a week. I am looking for any motivation or advice to help me continue with this goal. Maybe a running buddy?
