i shed the pain and then i shed the pounds. i travel for the first time in 30 years,i am enjoying life like a 20 year old on her own without the wild parties.i wore a swim suit for the first time in years since i was 18 years old (my exhusband wouldn't let me wear any swim suit)and one of them was a 2 piece(been divorced since 1980).i was almost too chicken to wear it.a 29 year old flirted with me and asked me out! i am still freaked about that but the health benefits are off the charts.i am almost never tired.i have been working my pec muscles and i still can't believe it worked in that area.my doctor is geeking out about me.the only draw backs are 2 of my friends.they hurt me sometimes with their comments about my showing off my body. i swear i wear clothes 2 sizes larger now but it's not working.i wear a hat and no makeup around them but i am hurting my girlfriends of 30 years.these are the only ones but they are my closest friends,i love them.i don't like to eat infront of them because the whole conversation is about them being in their own words"fat and proud".i wish i knew what to do.got any suggestions?i am scared of men. these men are more forward than the men of my dating years.i swear my stomach quivers like a teenager when a handsome man tries to talk to me i can't converse.my palms sweat.i am warm. whats wrong with me i am 52. i may look 32 but i should be calmer than this.i am so embarrassed i can't tell anyone this who knows me .they'd laugh.i didn't know all of this was going to happen.i just wanted to get healthy and stay there.any advise out there?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
