I am thinking about doing a 1/2 marathon (yes I know not a big deal to you FULL marathoners out there) and its Nov 4. Here is my dilema. Single mom. I run treadmill on my lunch break 3-3 1/2 miles and also take spin class twice a week. I would take my son in the joggin stroller but this last no longer than maybe a mile...I work 7 am - and have to get up at 5:15 and leave house by 6:20 to get to work and daycare etc.. Free nite is Thursday, and every other weekend. I have trained for other events such a 150 mile bike rides, but this is something I need more training with. I can run 3 in under 27 min-- but I know I need to set a pace and keep going, and get more outside time. Any suggestions, or do you think I dont have enough time to reach my goal?
