I'm really considering this option but my husband is against it for himself. We have ignored my bills for six years to try and pay off his but now he's in the same boat. He still doesn't want to declare bankcrupcy but I feel there's no other solution. Can anyone tell me what the new laws are or if there is a web site that I can go to?
