I've been on an ongoing 2 year battle with Social Security about my disability and I have a lawyer retained as well as I FINALLY got a hearing date Aug 8th. (Thank goodness) My question is, after being denied 3 different times and this being my hearing in front of the judge what are my chances of actually winning this time? I hate to take the disability route but it is impossible to hold down a job for any amount of time as it has been for the past 5 years (those have been the darkest days, hospitalizations, suicide attempts, stitches, the whole 9 yards) I have BPD, Bipolar 2, Panic Disorder, PTSD, Body dysmorphic disorder, high blood pressure, short term memory loss from a car accident 2 years ago, severe migraines, and not to mention I have a gallbladder that is only functioning at 10% which has to be taken out. I have an appt with a surgeon on the 11th of July. They said the side effects just from the gallbladder being removed could last up to a year, or more. Does anyone have any suggestions on the main topics I should cover at my hearing? What do I do, I'm so confused when it comes to all this. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
