With my mom's care costing us a lot each month and prices of everything going up we were still going to be ok with the stimulus package coming out this next week. And now, my husband finds out Monday he is laid off after 4 years of loyal service!! This was totally unexpected. He is an electrician so I know there are jobs out there but he is also 62, too young to quit working and too young to retire. He has applied for unemployment but will only receive $275 a week! If anyone knows of any residential electrician jobs in the southeast please let us know! Thank you!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
