Is it ok that I changed jobs and took a paycut, gave up an office which I shared with my manager (very nasty and critical, in exchange for a significant decrease in stress, less demands made on me, less responsibilities, ability to go home without bringing the job home with me....? Nicer people to work with, No computer of my own...share with one other person...(I recognize this as a really whiney point-I need to get my act together on that one and put it in perspective..) Isn't it amazing how change creates anxiety, even if the change is for the good?
