just wondering if anyone uses a certain workout dvd for fibro, that's low impact and not to strenuios on the body. i bought a couple recently on qvc, and had to return them, cause i could not keep up with these ppl, and thought my body was gonna fall off after not even 5 minutes. i'm looking for a stretching dvd, along with a workout, and i can't seem to find anything. anyone got any suggestions? thanks!!!!!!
