I have been struggling for a long time to incorporate some time of light exercising into my day while working full-time. Does anyone have any tips, suggestions, enlightenment on how to do this after a long day at work? My legs usually feel like I've ran a marathon after standing on them most of the day. You know what drs say-oh, just exercise, you'll feel better! I used to like to be active and I played multiple sports, etc. and I wished to god I still could! Warm water swimming I have tried, but extremely expensive where I was going. All I can do is take a short walk & some yoga (if I'm having a good day) Has anyone had any success with fitness with fibro? Hugs to all.
