I was wondering if anyone else out there felt like they were not staying on top of it in the workplace? I have been working part-time (30 hours a week - three weeks out of the month) for the last 3 years for the same company I have worked for for the last 7 years. I don't have medical benefits anymore from my work (I have my husbands benefits). Well, this last year it has been difficult for me to keep up with the part-time hours I have. But on the other hand I finally got the title of Accountant and 28% raise in pay. I feel so much stress as being the one who always saves the day just before my company's revenue distribution. I am having difficulties in letting my supervisor's realize that I can not continue to work the hours I have and deal with the continuous stress of being the one everyone turns to, since I have been with company so long. It's like they are dangling money in front of me just to keep me going and I am afraid that someday (maybe soon) that just won't be enough and my body will let me know.
