Do you women with FMS notice a correlation between flares or more intense symptoms and your menstrual cycles? I've had FMS about 25 years (diagnosed 8 years ago), and I've always noticed an increased in symptoms or symptom intensity the a week or so before and during my cycle. I particularly notice it, like, the day(s) of a hormone surge (i.e., a day of change in cycle flow). Now that my cycle is aging and on the threshold of menopause (very obvious by how it's changing), I'm even more noticing this phenomenon of FMS flare increase with a day's hormonal changes. Do you find this a common FMS occurrence...with you and/or in general lists? Thanks. :)

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
