This ends my 2nd week of 3. I added a little chick and fish along with fruit/protein smoothies and veggies. I thought that would be a big deal, but it turns out not to be. In fact I used tofu tonight instead. Pain levels went way down this last week. My stamina is up but I had some pronounced and strange muscle fatigue (on exertion). I noticed that if I do long deep breathing (yoga), it subsides. Think I'll do a detox soak in tub tonight. Here's the weirdest: was at Starbuck's last night and "sneaked" a lemon raspberry bar. In 20 min, I had heartburn and my legs felt like I was hauling around bricks. Just weighted me down. So, that was a lesson about how bad that food is for me. That has passed now. Looking forward to wk. 3. I think I might be able to stay with a mostly vegetarian diet now where I was having trouble before. Have a good week, all.
