I've posted on here several times, and if you're not aware I am pregnant and have fibromyalgia along with a list of other issues. I am due in the begginning of January and my fibro had basically played by the book during this pregnancy, I had lessened sympotoms in the begginning and more severe toward the end. All the research I've done has shown that I am on track to have a huge flare of pain upon the delivery of my child. I already fear that the stress of pain and the medications I've had to take are going to negatively effect my child, now I'm just nervous as to how I'm going to handle,or juggle 2 very active boys and the demands of a newborn, not to mention exaggerated pain to begin with from lack of sleep. I know I'm not going to have much time to see a doc in the weeks after my daughter's birth, so I've thought about seeing my doc before I deliver and coming up with a plan of action, have medications ready if I need them, etc. But, then I run into yet another brick wall, if my pain get's any worse then where it has been there is no way I can handle things period, I already know that it will be an uphill battle even just dealing with the post partum depression(suffered severly with both of my other children)If my pain continues to elevate I will need to go back on all of my meds for my health and the well-being of my children(so they have someone capable of taking care of them, not a mom who can't move)But there are no medications that will help my fibro and depression that are safe to take while breastfeeding, with my last pregnancy it was the whole breastfeeding issue that flared my fibro and made my post partum 10x's worse(it didn't go smoothly)I feel like I'm already ready to snap and the baby isn't even here yet, I don't know where to go or what to do,andy suggestions or advice? Even just your experiences will help me at this point. Thanks so much

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I would prioritize what is best for you and the children. You can also see how things go and change plans if you flare or have post part depression. I hope everything goes well for you and you have a pain free last trimester. Hugs, Keleee :)
