I am in the process of moving from Australia to Florida and am totally exhausted from all the packing, cleaning, planning, living out of messy suitcases, travelling and not getting enough sleep. (I really crashed 10 days ago, but I still have to pick myself up every morning because the movers are coming or to get to the airport etc.) My question is: In the end of the day when you did too much and you know that there will be hell to pay tomorrow, what do you do?? Any tips to reduce the "days-after-pain??" Any suggestions would be helpful.
