I can't always tell whats fibro and when it's not. I've hurt for 5days now with this pain on both sides of my low back and don't know if it is fibro related or a kidney infection. I don't have any other symptoms except excruciating pain as usual. I don't want to see a doc unless absolutely necessary. My pain doctor gave me a higher dose of my vicodin last visit because these episodes of pain are growing more numerous and on a weekly basis work is killing me. Ironically I'm a physical therapist and help people all week with their pain and disabilities. What a true pain it is having this disease.
