I have a sinus infection plus broncotitis. Which I have been worn down for a week now. Struggling to be indoorrs to get well.

Sorry you are feeling so bad. A few weeks ago I had a stomach virus that lasted about four days. I was in bed much of that time and I think the inactivity make the fibro worse. Try to move around as much as possible. And when laying down, change positions regularly so your muscles won't get so sore in a particular area. Also, coughing can bring on a flare in the back, shoulder and neck area. So, please take something to suppress the cough if you have one. Hope this helps. Trish
