I know that the pain we all feel is the first symptom we all talk about, but what about the exhaustion? Personally, I've found ways to get up and go to work through the pain up to a certain point, but when I feel like there's 10-pound weights attached to every square inch of my body, I just can't do it. I take vitamins galore, to the point that people have looked at my little pile in sheer wonderment, and I make sure I've got plenty of B vitamins in there, and that helps most days. But what do you do on those really bad days? Is there anything you can take or do to make one of those really bad days workable?
