I've already been diagnosed with A.S. (Ankylosing Spondylitis) but alot of my symptoms seem foreign to my Rheumatologist. I am on chemo treatment weekly along with prednisone and protonix for a painful unidentified stomach issue that's taken me to the ER several times already. My mother has Lupus....they don't seem to think there is a link. My sister has R.A. ... again, no link?? I now suffer with what I call (PAINFUL HUGS) because I can't even hug my children anymore without extreme upper body pain. My upper abdominal, ribs, shoulders and back hurt to the touch. My SKIN hurts. I've been told that I'm depressed and that depression causes pain (here's some Celexa) call me in a month. Ha ha. Humored the doc...didn't work. Though I do believe that I am becoming depressed now as a result of being treated like a hypochondriac by every medical professional I come into contact with. And if they think your fakin then....well, what does your family have to go on? This pain is ruining a lot of relationships in my life and i'm sick to death of trying to explain that I just wish I could die sometimes because it probably wouldn't hurt as bad. I have three young children ages 2, 8 and 13 and a now failed relationship (thanks to all of my issues) and his complete lack of understanding of them "muchless my own." Woke up this AM with pain behind my right eye (feels like the socket) eye feels swolen, pressure. Pain extends down my cheek bone and into my upper gums. Also down the right side of my neck and into my shoulder intensifying the already bad pain that seems to always be there anyway. If it's Fibro and someone can give me meds to stop it then i'll accept that and move on but pls. GOD SOMEONE JUST TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!!! On my way back to ER right now for the facial pain. Another day another symptom. I'm 34 with 3 kids....I can't afford to break down yet. Any help?

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
