That is the theme song to America's Biggest Loser Show. This song gets to me, nearly every time. It makes me think what did I do today? Did I do something to make myself feel proud? I wonder if we all asked ourselves that everyday, how much our lives would change? It can be getting up and going to work even if your pain is so bad and you just push through it. Maybe it is a phone call that you make. Maybe getting up out of the bed, getting dressed. Cleaning a drawer, doing the dishes? What Have you Done Today To Make Yourself Feel Proud? At the end of my day, I usually ask if I did something for someone else? If I can answer yes to that, I sleep better.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
