For years Magnesium with Zinc (Nature Valley). I take 500 mlgs in the Am with food. Ive been on it many years, and its not only helped with my Fibro pain, but Migraines and DDD as well. My Gastro recently thought I was allergic to something so I stopped it for a couple months. Ive been in Agony since.Come to find out I was Lactose intollerant. So now I have went BACK on the mag, and its now helping again. NO migraines after 2 weeks, and pain is lessening daily. The reason I started taking it was, years ago, (late 90s they said it was helping people with MS.) I thought what do I have to loose? I tried it, and have been on it since. It takes about 2 weeks to get it going. Ive tried other kinds they DONT work. Other brands only work, if they have Magnesium STERATE, as the first ingredient. The Celated, and Oxide, dont work. Ive tried them ALL. The one with Zinc, works the best as far as I have found out. For years I had no Fibro pain with this, unless a storm came in. Also if I flare at all. I use DMSO horse linement. You can get it at any farm store. My other 2 favorite things are my trusty Hot pad, and rice sock, for the neck. I hope this helps someone as it HAS helped me. I put this up for the newbies. We seem to have a lot again lately! Best of luck!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
