Finally! I am freed from furball tyranny, LOL. Got a great close-up of cat nostrils, then the other end, still not sure which is worse...
Great weekend things to do? You tell me. According to Mayo Clinic, these are "low-risk":
.... Then I realized they meant "low-risk-for-Covid-infection". Good to know. B/c last I checked, rock climbing wasn't the safest, nor is *kayaking*... Yikes!
Or you can play Jump The River! Anyone know this? You put down strips of paper or cardboard, or outline space with yarn, and increase the distance between the edges, until nobody can "jump th eriver". Or "lava flow", if you prefer.
Have an indoor/outdoor scavenger hunt! Yes, adults can do these, too. If you only have 2 adults in the households, you set up the other person's "hunt" and they set up *yours*, and you pick a reward for whoever completes the hunt quickest!

Because it's HOT now and I hate hot weather more than I hate cold by far, due to the fibro effects.
You can also take a walk and identify weeds in the yards ----- you'd be surprised what you learn!

Me: An onion
Me: The onion from the store was sprouting, so I planted it.
Him: What's the mushroom on the green thing?
Me: That's the flowerbud.
Him: Onions have FLOWERS?!
Me: The purple flowers on the table are from chives.
Him: I thought that was lavender.
Me (pointing): No, that's lavender, and it smells like, y'know, *lavender*.
Him: How do you iknow this?
Me (giving up for good).... *sigh*
Of course, he can name obscure triva about movies nobody ever heard of or saw, so.... I think I'll stick to plants!
Have a wonderful weekend! Dahlia sends her whisker-tickles.!
Hello! I have a broken toe! Welcome to doing yard work where you have rock, slope, and no help. Good news, it's minor. Bad news, it still hurts like the dickens. (And why did Dickens get to be a symbol of pain, anyway? Jk)***Random odd facts for yoru day:Almost all leather goods come from cows slaughtered to be eaten, or slaughtered b/c they aged otu of being able to produce milk. Ergo, if you...
