I got lidocaine, (?Spelling), nerve block injections in about 12or more painful fm spots today in my back, neck and shoulders. The Doc understands fm and says it will tender around the injection sites for about two hours to 2 days and then I go back in a week to see how I feel and he will do some other areas then. I went for a two hour walk when I got home and got a few groceries with my walker and felt O.k.
