Okay, here is an update. As some of you know, I have been suffering majorly with neck pain. I went to doc today and was prescribed muscle relaxers. I need to get them filled. I will do that today. I asked her about my neck shaking and those little minor jerks. She said I am having muscle spasms in my neck and that my muscles on the left side of my neck are stronger than my the right side. She is supposed to call me with an appt. because she wants me in physical therapy for my neck. I am still just taking motrin as she would not prescribe pain meds. Has anyone gone to physical therapy and did it help?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Yes this is part of Fibro but there also be some other problems with your neck. I to have neck problems. I would not go to physical therapy because I think it is useless. I would try for a chiropractor. Call around to various offices and ask if they deal with people who have Fibro because they will be able to treat your body more gently and with different instruments. Also, see if they will treat you naturally. You also may want to go to a doctor that will have you have an MRI done of your spine. You may find out what the cause is that way. I did. My chiropractor also had me take a yeast questionaire and said that if you score over 180 then you you have a problem with an over abundance of yeast in your system. I took the questionaire and scored a 482. That told me right there that I needed to re-think my eating habits. An over abundance of yeast kills the good bacteria in your system.
If you would like more info on this, I would be glad to talk with you!
Hugs and kisses!
