I have read that many people with fibro experience weight gain. I have only found "small" numbers like 25lbs and I have gained about 100lbs in 4 years. Actually I put on most of the weight the first 3 years and this last year I have basically maintained except for the past few weeks when I've put a little more on. (maybe due to Lyrica?) I was a dancer for nearly 16 years and in amazing shape and to go from that to hardly getting off the couch makes me feel like a pathetic person. Not to mention my "type A" personality that has always made me push to do anything I needed or wanted to in life. I no longer have that push but it bothers me terribly and I just feel so pathetic for not being able to fight the FMS and CFS harder so I can have a life again. Anyone relate?
