Unfortunately, I have gained 35 lbs since my diagnosis of Fibromyalgia. I cannot fit into basically ANYTHING that I have in my closet and can't afford to buy new clothes. Since I rarely go anywhere anymore except for to run errands and doctors appointments, I wear a rotating pr of sweats and huge t-shirts. I get cravings for carbs more than ever before and trying a diet now would be useless! I guess I'm just venting, but if anything contributes to my being depressed, it's the PAIN and the WEIGHT GAIN. Is this common in most women with FMS or am I just really getting the worst of every symptom associated with it? Also, is anyone out there doing anything to keep the weight down or off besides exercising; because I can't exercise...that's a joke!
