I recently heard about research involving Vitamin D and the deficient symptoms. A study showed lacking in Vit D displays the same symptoms as fibromyalgia. Taking supplements diminishes these symptoms over time. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this and has anyone tried taking vit D? I am considering trying it, Makes total sense because we do not get it with all the sunscreens etc. When I lived in AZ and had practically year round sun, I forgot I even had fibro and now that I have been back in the south with constant rain and cloudy days I have been in full blown symptomatic with nothing giving relief. Any comments on this?
