Well, the judge didn't have any of the dr's documents when I went to court and since I owed money no lawyer wanted to help me.
So, I knew it was going to be unfavorable because 2 weeks after the court date I get a call saying the paperwork requesting me to tell the drs to send to the courts for my court date. The one I already had!!!! I said this isn't even fair . I thought the judge had my documents and proof of illness. I said to the rep what do I do? she said call the court back. I did. They never returned my call.
So I got a letter from SSDI and I owe them 10,000 dollars, whoopee! they want me to set up an arrangement. What do I do if I am too ill to work more than I am and just scraping by? If I could go to jail and serve my time I would, must it get to that? If anyone knows how much they require I would so appreciate it.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I hope this clears some of it up.
Part II tommorow, when I tell about the paperwork mess for my court case. NO lawyers would take my case because I had no money coming to me. Only money going to SSDI.
Here is some info don't know if it will help or not.
I don't want this to come across as harsh, just a probable explanation, but it's not likely that the doctor will release any documentation and/or signatures since he is owed money. That is his work product since he can't "take back" medical care you have received for non-payment, that is his only way to ever see payment by withholding records, etc.
Are the court costs running $10,000 or is the doctor trying to lump in his bill too?
Or do u have to go thru the entire process again to get SSI approval?
