i have had this thing for 20 yrs and the hospital only fond out what it is last yr. i had to leave my job of 30yrs working for australia post as a postman getting flang over the handle bars onto the road .has staffed up my spine i get days where it sounds like velcro tearing .most of my time is spent lying down to cope with the pains as morphine only helps from 40m to 2hrs i am so gratful for a understanding wife and 2kids who know what iam going though all my love to all the other suffers out there.

And then she and the bird knocked into or knocked over anything possible. Fun. I am so not cleaning it up. Hubby will.
