I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

by Billie J. Sahley, Ph.D. and Kathy Birkner, C.R.N.A., Ph.D that is well worth the cost and will help you safely come off Cymbalta. Here's the link: https://secure25.securewebsession.com/painstresscenter.com/mall/Books.asp. Page down about a thrid of the way for it.
I just bought it a few weeks ago and am very impressed with the info. I've got their other book, Heal With Amino Acids and it's made a real difference in how much better I'm feeling.
If you want specifics, message me and I'll look up what they say to do, but basically you need to give your brain the nutrients it needs to function properly. Cymbalta affects the serotonin and norepinephrine so you might want to look into 5-HTP and DL-phenyalanine.
I went off Effexor cold-turkey three and a half years ago and went into a 10 month flare. It was beyond hideous.
Hope you get feeling better.
