Does exercise make anybody else feel drained? I was very active, but now whenever I rollerblade (which I thought I would have no problems with since it's low impact) I feel like I just ran a marathon and want to sleep all day after that. When I go to the mall and walk around for a few hours I come back and I feel like someone hit me with a truck (plus my neck hurts if I have a small purse, pathetic) I know it's important for me to exercise, but am I supposed to feel worse after it?
