Just got back from a business trip with my husband. Went to Oahu. Temps were 80s. My aches and pains immediately disappeared. Just returned to this nasty 30 degrees and snowing, damp weather. I'm so worried that I will be miserable within a days time. What is everiyone's experience with leaving cold temps for hot ones and returning to cold. Do you think this is an invitation for a definite flare-up? Also, how many of us here, under the age of 50, suffer from alot of edema and pain in our lower bodies while flying for 5 hours or more? My ankle bones are non-existent. Is there a link to fibro?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
