Oh oh oh! This is a constant problem for me. When I take a shower I am exhausted afterwards. I'm sorry, I have no good advise, but I do share your frustration. Sometimes though, I do just take a bath, it's easier for me to be able to sit and get clean
not like those of us who BATHE don't rinse with clear clean WATER...GAWD...!!
Now tomorrow morning when I crawl my happy ASS into the TUB...I will have THAT thought on my brain TYVM!!
lol...ok maybe not
I have written about this before...too tired to shower. I can't sit in the bathtub because it hurts my back and I start getting too cold on my shoulders. There's nothing wrong with skipping a day anyway.
When I first started getting FMS symptoms, I'd say, oh I'm so busy...I got up, had a shower....and then stop! I did nothing else! I knew I had a problem then.
I find once I'm in the shower, I don't mind it. I hate getting out as I'm all blotchy, itchy and the towel bugs me.
I'm lucky that my house was made for someone in a wheelchair so have bars on my one bathtub and have a roll-in shower for the other one. I don't go in this one that often as I'd have to go down stairs and it doesn't have the shower handle.
