I've heard a few people talk about having tingly feelings in their hands, but I've never had it happen to me until today. All of a sudden, one of my hands started tingling, the pins and needles feeling. A few minutes later, the other hand started. That's a circulatory issue, right? Does it fall under peripheral neuropathy? I know that I occasionally get the hot, bright red burning on the bottoms of my feet. I've mentioned it to a couple of doctors, but they never know why or seem concerned. The most I got out of one was that it was circulatory, kind of the opposite of Raynaud's.
I don't know if I should be concerned about this or not.

Basically yes, it has to do with nerves...in other words neuropathy,,,,annoying, but apparently not a big deal, all ymydocs shrug and say "yep" . . lol . .I have found that massage cvna help and that no matter what i do , or dont do , it passes fairly quickly...wish I could be more helpful...by the way, the book i mentioned, well worth picking up a copy, 90% of what I know about Fibro I got from that book....very helpful , very assuring in that I no longer felt like a crazy nut after I read this book ,!! lol,, good luck
