Hi! I have been receiving Soc Sec Disability now for almost 4 years. It is now time for them to review me. I answered a booklet of questions and gave them all of the information they requested. My health has certainly not improved, and in fact I have gotten worse. It was very hard to get the disability in the first place. I had to go before one of their judges on my 3rd appeal along with my lawyer. My doctor still doesn't believe that I will ever be able to go back to doing any kind of work, and I know he will tell them that if he is asked. I was just wondering if anyone else has had to go through any reviews and if so how did it go? I would appreciate hearing any good advise. I know everyone's condition is different and each state may see things differently too. I have a number of health problems/conditions so I got the disability on a combination of ailments. This review and waiting for their reply is putting a lot of extra stress on me which doesn't help my health. I sure hope that I won't have to hire an attorney again as this time I will be paying him directly. I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions that anyone has. Thanks. Brenda age 49 in Illinois.
