I had my first massage ever today! I was having bad pains by my right shoulder, under my arm, radiating to the front side and down to my hand. It was very relaxing. She had relaxing music, a warm blanket (aahh), and scented massage oil. Suprisingly, I wasn't that nervous. It felt really good. But I only went for 15 minutes, b/c she said she wanted to start out light b/c she didn't want it to be too sore afterwards. Right now, it is no more sore than it was before I went. So I guess that's a plus. However, she said my muscles were not tense and I only had two small knots. She thought I might have a rib out of place and thought maybe I should see a chiropractor. I guess her reasoning would explain why it hurts in my back when I breath and then shoots around to the front side. Anyway, it was a very positive experience, I recommend it to everyone. Plus, it only cost $15 for the 15 min. How does massage work for the rest of you?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
