We all talk about our spelling issues, which is one of the things I hate about fm. I was always very good at spelling, and now simple words often elude me. Am I often leave words out that I could swear I typed, but they aren't there, so I KNOW I didn't. But what really bothers me is using the totally wrong one. Not a word I misspelled and it cam out as something else, like if I meant 'come' and typed 'some', I mean a completely different word. Like if I mean "answer". but I type "something". It is so strange, I was thinking the right one, but that's not what I typed. And it happens in speech too. And the words usually have no connection with each other, I just type or say something other than what I'm thinking. Does anyone else do this, or am I just losing the little part of my brain that isn't already shrouded in fog?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Just now I used the word Wright incorrectly and had to erase it and type the correct meaning of 'right'. I don't think you are going crazy hun if that is what you are wondering. I think it is perfectly normal Fibro fog :) Hugs to you!
