I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. One day while walking into the badlands...it was a beautiful clear spring day..we had gone about a mile when all the sudden it was like the clouds covered the sun...and i felt it rain on me....I turned to run back to the car...but hit the ground instead....my right leg simply forgot how to move...i kinda remember just laying there in shock...my friend was in shock as well...
the sky was still clear...there was no rain...
she had no clue what I was talking about...
she said i laid there about 3-5 minutes and she just stood stareing at me as I babbled on
she thought for sure I had just had a stroke...but then I seemed to "Snap out of it"...
I do not know if my face froze up or not...or if I lost vision...in one eye...I get occular migrains so loss of vision temporarily is common for me.....just a strange thing I thought I would share with you...
Bonnie
I would like to hear what explanation you get if you get one though.
