I am starting my 6th week of regular pool workouts, and MAN! what a difference! Even with some residual stiffness the day of the workout, my pain level has improved dramatically. This even while I am titrating down on prednisone and quit methotrexate (I have undifferentiated inflammatory illness in addition to FM). Although I still cant do absolutely everything I would like and have to be careful not to push too hard, the benefits far outweigh the down side. So glad I finally got past the fear of causing myself more pain and tried it for myself!
