when i was first going to the dr for fatigue and pain, she suggested tanning to help my body with vitamin d. I didn't have the money to keep with it so I never reaped any benefits.
My friend's cousin also seems to have fibro and she goes tanning about once a month, it seems to help her pain.
has anyone else had any luck or heard of this?

There are recent studies on the use of sunblock, and apparently there are more cases of skincancer in people who use it, than in those who do not.
As with anything...moderation is the key!
