So I went to the clinic like I said I was going to do. And I saw Dr. Sunshine like I like to call him. He said the swelling is the worst fibro flare he had ever seen before. He went and took a shot of muscle relaxer and injected each site with just a little bit.And he gave me a shot of demerol and phenegan for the pain. And he sat up an appointment for me to come back in tomarrow evening to have it done again. But they are also going to do some light massage to help the swelling in the trigger points to start to go down. This is the only way that medicade will cover a massage. But he also wants me to go to the chiropractor and have my back adjusted and have him use the tens unit and the ultrasound to help this to. He said that it might take a few weeks for this cycle or flare to break it hold on me.Just because it is so bad this time. I wish I could get him as my full time fibro doctor. But I have to have only one healthy connection doctor due to being on medicade. And he doen't have a practice here in town. He only works out of the clinic.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
