I have been searching the web for some basic/simple strength training exercises that I can "try" to do with 2lb weights. I keep finding articles that say FMers should exercise, but I am not finding the actual list of the exercises we should actually be doing. I can lift a 40 lb bag of something with relative ease, but then I can't pull a potato chip bag apart or open a jar of pickles. Makes no sense. I used to do Tai Chi & yogo, but I don't have a spot in my house to actually practice it, so I was going to try exercises on the bed or while watching tv. My hips, shoulders and back are the worst for pain and atrophy.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
