After going through alot of these Post I just wanted to share that I was dx with a Hyperthyriod back in Nov of 08,in Dec dr killed it with a raditation treatment, and not even 2 wks after I started cramping like charley horses kinda in the neckand my shoudler's then it went into my shoulders arms and chest area, I mean they hurt,I'm not lying if you had babies, they hurt worse then labor pains thats how bad they would hurt.by March I couldnt work I was in so much pain and then put in the hosiptal because of the muslce spasms and I had a high CPK level, thats a muslce test. I guess what I'm trying to say is after reading what I have seen on these post its like WOW the ENDO truely HAS TO PLAY A ROLE with fibro. But at the same time I know many people with thyriod issue's and DON'T have fibro, I came from a family where my mom,her sister's and then there daughter's whom have thyriod problems, and I'm the only one with Fibro. Just makes ya wonder. I been told Fibro is a syndrome not a disease, but if this keep's up with the world and so many of us dx I bet in the future it will be classified as a disease. Who know's :) Just thought I would share.....Sending hug's to ya all
