I was at a norwex party tonight (chemical free products for your household) and there was a sample of this shea butter passed around, its good for all kinds of things but my ears perked up when the girl said it helps aches and pains. A big part of my fibro pain is in my wrists and it just so happened that my wrists were on fire and all numb, i put a scraping (amount smaller then a pea) on my wrist and within 2 mins i could feel the pain subsiding, i told the girl and she siad well have a bit more and i took the same amount and applied it and within 10 minutes the pain in my wrist was fully gone! I was totally shocked and surprised, im not saying its a cure or anything but if any of you have heard of norwex you should see if you can get some of it, its awesome! Its just called norwex shea butter, its 100 percent shea butter and its all natural! Just thought id let you all know! I put it on over an hour ago and my wrist is still pain free, i still have a bit of that numb feeling but the pain is completly gone!
