I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Sometimes, I feel that I can't wear anything but really soft sweats or skirts that don't feel so tight.....because I feel "bruised" for lack of a better description...you are not alone...and YES, from where I stand it IS fibro.
gentle hugs...

OOOWWWW!!!!!
My mom, for as long as I can remember, has been very touch sensitive too. Later in life mom developed polymyalgia rheumatica, a connective tissue disease. I think mom's sister is also sensitive to touch. Neither of them have been diagnosed with fibro, but I do recognize symptoms here and there in several people in my family.
I have this awful feeling before a flare, which I am in today! I have learned from my own body that the soreness and bruised feeling, especially at the tenderpoints always indicates a flare is coming on.
It's always my "OH NO" moment when I realize my whole body is feeling battered and bruised for no reason.
